For several years the XO and I have been working and enjoying the bunker less and less. Many things have to be factored in but they all served to restrict us to Austin. We made the decision to sell a few months ago and acted on that decision. The result is that someone who can carry on with the growth of the bunker and enjoy it will be taking over October 2.
